Coco Beach Island Resort

Coco Beach Island Resort is a sprawling 10-hectare beach resort with facilities made from all-natural materials.

Coco Beach is located at Behija, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro where the crystal clear water of the sea is full of life; and the hills are full of coconut palms swaying with the breeze. Here in the old days, Spanish galleons passed by the trading routes between Europe, Mexico and the East.

Today, Coco Beach has bungalows and facilities all made from natural materials. No concrete is to be seen anywhere. They have four restaurants, 110 rooms, a tennis court, a hanging bridge, sports facilities, 2 swimming pools and spa.

Guests can choose from 4 accommodation types:

Heritage
Aptly called Heritage, the twelve rooms here are named and designed after indigenous tribes in the Philippines. The traditional cloth of the tribe is used to design the dresser.
The air-conditioned, loft-type rooms are furnished with three queen-size beds and two day beds. Each room has a television, separate toilet and bath with hot water. The Heritage is set amidst a garden located at the back of the Shopping Arcade and main restaurant. Its balcony appears as though it is an extension of the garden, and the garden an extension of the balcony.

Suite Room
Suite Rooms are furnished with one queen sized bed, two day beds with a sitting area and a hammock at the balcony. Sliding doors separate the master bedroom from the receiving area. Only natural materials are used in all the rooms with mostly wood and bamboo giving it a cozy, natural warmth. The rooms are decorated with traditional Filipino artifacts.

Hilltop Deluxe
The Hilltop cottages offer a fantastic view of the sea & the surroundings. The cottages are furnished with a queen sized bed, hammocks, separate bath and toilet, hot and cold water and a balcony. Selected cottages have a second floor which has two double beds, ideal for families.
The Hilltop cottages are near the Silent Pool & Touch of Asia Restaurant. As it is our "highest" rooms, it also requires you to be capable of going up several steps - the view is worth every step!

Standard Rooms
The Standard Rooms are smaller than the Deluxe Rooms but can accommodate up to four people. Like all the rooms, it is made with natural materials.
